More socks from nowhere

The Invisible Pink Unicorn

I have just finished doing my laundry and have found yet another pair of socks which I didn’t have before amongst what I pulled out of the washing machine. This is the second time this has happened in the past couple of months.

I find myself being forced to the conclusion that the Invisible Pink Unicorn (BBHHH¹) is no longer content with simply rapturing socks but has, for some reason, taken up Sock Creation as an activity too. I wonder whether this is simply due to her becoming bored (perhaps due to lack of pepperoni on her pizzas) or is some subtle ploy in her eternal war with the Purple Oyster.
